By downloading, installing, or using the Ova mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ova is a wellness application that provides nutritional information, food scanning, cycle tracking, and general health insights. The App is designed for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Ova is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutritional information, hormone insights, health scores, and wellness suggestions provided by the App are general in nature and based on publicly available nutritional science. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this App. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Ova Subscription: Ova offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $9.99 USD per month, which includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Ova Premium: An optional upgrade at $12.99 USD per month that includes additional features such as advanced analytics, skin tracking, and premium themes.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the App’s operation
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Ova Wellness and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide nutritional estimates. These estimates are approximations and may not be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated nutritional data. You should verify important nutritional information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ova Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes within the App.

12. Apple End User License Agreement

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA shall take precedence with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices.
